Quantlys Meeting: an open-source web app built with Conclave
A web app built with Conclave: a video call that runs in a browser tab and leaves you with a product spec when you hang up. It's live, and its source is open.
The idea
A lot of product decisions get made out loud, on calls, and then never make it into the spec. Santosh wanted the call itself to produce the document, so nobody has to rebuild the decisions from memory afterwards.
What Conclave built
- A browser video meeting. Guests open a link and join; only the host signs in.
- Live captions, and an agent that asks follow-up questions to fill gaps in the spec while people talk.
- When the meeting ends, a markdown PRD: problem, user stories, acceptance criteria, decisions and open questions.
- A private “What did I miss?” recap, Memory mode for stories and notes, and recording that survives a crashed tab.
- A self-hostable web stack: Next.js, LiveKit for video, Deepgram for captions, Supabase for auth and storage, and OpenRouter or OpenAI for the notes and PRD.

What's live now
The hosted version runs at quantlys-meeting.com. The code is open source under the MIT license at github.com/SantoshA1/quantlys-meet, so you can bring your own keys and run your own copy. You can also read a labeled example PRD. The meeting app is open source; Conclave itself is not.
