• The Conclave plans. It runs 5 frontier models by default, expandable to any number. Each model drafts on its own, the models peer-rank each other's drafts, and an Arbiter merges the best into one plan and records why.
• An agent crew builds and tests. Web apps, native Swift iOS apps, Android apps signed with your own keystore, and voice agents come from one workflow. Deterministic QA runs offline with model calls stubbed.
• Hosted by Quantlys or by you. Quantlys can host the apps it builds or deploy them to a host you control, and it can import an existing code repository. Enterprise on-prem and hybrid deployments are available.
