Best Lovable alternatives in 2026: 9 AI app builders compared

Updated November 2026 · By Santosh Adari, founder of Quantlys · Every price on this page was checked Nov 3, 2026 on the vendor's own pricing page.

Lovable is one of the fastest ways to turn a chat into a hosted web app. People look elsewhere when they need a native iOS or Android app, a local or open-source setup, another stack, or more predictable pricing. Here are nine alternatives, what each does well, and what each costs.

Disclosure: we make Quantlys, and it is on this list. We rank it first only for one need, native mobile apps, and we explain why below. For a web-only app, other tools here may suit you better, and we say so. No vendor paid to be included, and there are no affiliate links on this page.

Why people look for a Lovable alternative

Lovable does a lot well. The reasons people move on are usually specific:

If none of those apply, Lovable may still be your best option.

How we chose these tools

We started from the tools that come up most in Lovable alternative searches and roundups, and kept the ones that turn a description or design into a working app. We judged each on five things:

  1. What it can ship: web only, cross-platform mobile, or native mobile.
  2. Code ownership and portability: can you export the code or sync it to GitHub?
  3. Hosting: built in, your own host, or both.
  4. Pricing clarity: plan prices and how usage is metered, from each vendor's pricing page, checked Nov 3, 2026.
  5. Effort: how much setup and technical skill it takes.

We give no made-up scores or star ratings. Where a vendor page did not state something, we say so rather than guess. Last updated November 3, 2026.

1. Quantlys: native iOS and Android apps, signed under your own Apple and Google accounts

We make Quantlys, so weigh this entry with that in mind. We put it first for one job: shipping a real native mobile app. Most tools here produce a web app or a cross-platform app on React Native, Expo or Flutter. Quantlys builds native Swift for iOS in your own Xcode and Android builds signed with your own keystore, shipped under your own Apple and Google developer accounts. It also builds web apps and voice agents.

Planning is done by the Conclave: five frontier models by default (you can add more) each draft a plan, rank each other's drafts, and an Arbiter merges the best into one. An agent crew then builds and tests it, and common App Store and Google Play blockers are checked on your machine before upload. You can import an existing repo, host on Quantlys or your own host, and run on-prem or hybrid for enterprise. See apps built with Quantlys for real examples.

2. Bolt.new: quick full-stack web prototypes in the browser, with Expo for mobile

Bolt.new generates and runs full-stack apps in your browser tab with a live preview. Every plan includes website hosting and unlimited databases, Pro adds custom domains, and its docs cover importing a project from Lovable. For mobile, Bolt works with Expo, and its docs walk through publishing to the App Store and Play Store. Billing is by tokens, which Bolt uses to read your prompts and project files, so larger projects use more per message.

Pros

Cons

Pricing (checked Nov 3, 2026): Free $0 (1M tokens a month) · Pro $25/month (from 10M tokens a month, rollover) · Teams $30 per member per month · Custom. Source: Bolt pricing · Bolt Expo docs.

3. Replit: full-stack apps with backends and databases, built and hosted in the browser

Replit is closer to a full development platform than a page builder. Replit Agent writes and runs code in a cloud workspace with databases, integrations and deployments built in. For mobile, it builds iOS and Android apps with Expo and React Native, with simulator and Expo Go previews and a guided flow that prepares App Store builds. That is a real mobile path, but React Native rather than native Swift.

Leaving Lovable? Replit documents importing a GitHub repository exported from Lovable (Replit import docs).

Pros

Cons

Pricing (checked Nov 3, 2026): Core $20/month ($18 billed annually) · Pro $100/month ($90 billed annually, higher credit tiers available) · Enterprise custom. Source: Replit pricing · Replit mobile apps docs.

4. v0: front ends and Next.js web apps that deploy to Vercel

v0 is the strongest pick here when your app is mostly interface. It writes React and Next.js code with Tailwind and shadcn/ui, can start from screenshots or Figma files, has a visual Design Mode, syncs with GitHub and deploys to Vercel. It is built around the web stack, and we did not find native mobile output on its pricing or docs pages.

Pros

Cons

Pricing (checked Nov 3, 2026): Free $0 (7 messages a day) · Plus from $30/user/month ($30 of monthly credits) · Business $100/user/month · Enterprise · model usage billed per million tokens. Source: v0 pricing · v0 docs.

5. Base44: internal tools and business apps with the backend already done

Base44 removes setup: describe an app and it builds the front end, backend, database, auth and payments together and connects to tools like Slack and Salesforce. You own the code, and two-way GitHub sync exports it to your repo. Mobile apps appear among the app types on its homepage; we did not verify store-publishing details, so check its docs if that matters.

Pros

Cons

Pricing (checked Nov 3, 2026): Free (25 message credits a month) · Starter $16/month · Builder $40/month · Pro $80/month · Elite $160/month, billed annually (yearly saves 20%) · Enterprise custom. Source: Base44 pricing · base44.com.

6. Bubble: complex no-code web apps with logic, plus React Native mobile apps

Bubble is the veteran: a visual editor rather than a code generator, for serious logic, workflows and databases without reading code. It builds web apps and native mobile apps; its pricing FAQ says mobile apps run on React Native and that a paid plan is needed for a live version to test on TestFlight and Google Play. Server use is metered in workload units.

Pros

Cons

Pricing (checked Nov 3, 2026): Web plans: Free $0 · Starter $32/month · Growth $119/month · Team $349/month, billed annually; mobile plans priced separately. Source: Bubble pricing.

7. FlutterFlow: cross-platform Flutter apps you can export as code

FlutterFlow is the most mobile-first tool here after Quantlys. You design screens visually, connect data through integrations such as Firebase and Supabase, and it generates a Flutter app for iOS, Android, web and desktop. Paid plans add code and APK download and one-click App Store deployment; Growth adds GitHub integration. It is more hands-on than a chat builder, and the output is Flutter rather than native Swift.

Pros

Cons

Pricing (checked Nov 3, 2026): Free $0 (2 projects) · Basic $39/month · Growth $80/month first seat · Business $150/month first seat · annual billing saves about 25%. Source: FlutterFlow pricing.

8. Adalo: simple native-store apps with a built-in database and flat pricing

Adalo is a visual canvas with an AI assistant, Ada, and a built-in relational database. One app publishes to the web, the App Store and Google Play, and Adalo says its builds are native IPA and AAB files. Pricing is flat, with no usage-based charges, per Adalo. Code access is limited: Builder includes a sample of Ada's code, and Business includes every line.

Pros

Cons

Pricing (checked Nov 3, 2026): Free $0 · Builder $65/month ($30 first month for new monthly Builders) · Business $200/month · quarterly saves 10%, yearly 20%. Source: Adalo pricing.

9. Dyad: local, open-source web app building with your own API keys

Dyad suits people who want a Lovable-style experience without someone else's cloud. It is open source, runs on macOS and Windows with no sign-up, and works with your own API keys or local models through tools like Ollama. Mobile support is labelled experimental: it turns a React and Vite web app into a Capacitor hybrid app that you build in Xcode or Android Studio.

Pros

Cons

Pricing (checked Nov 3, 2026): Free (open source, your own API key) · Pro $20/month (200 AI credits) · Max $79/month (900 AI credits). Source: Dyad pricing · Dyad mobile docs.

FAQ

What is the best Lovable alternative in 2026?

It depends on what you need. For native iOS and Android apps under your own accounts, Quantlys. For a similar browser-based web builder, Bolt.new. For a full development platform, Replit. For Next.js front ends, v0. For a local, open-source builder, Dyad.

Is there a Lovable alternative that builds native mobile apps?

Yes. Quantlys builds native Swift iOS apps in your own Xcode and Android apps signed with your own keystore. FlutterFlow builds Flutter apps for the stores, Adalo says it produces native IPA and AAB builds, and Bubble, Replit and Bolt.new build React Native or Expo apps. Lovable itself builds web apps only, per its FAQ.

What is the cheapest Lovable alternative?

Several tools have a free plan: Bolt.new, v0, Base44, Bubble, FlutterFlow, Adalo and Dyad (open source, with your own API key). Among paid plans checked Nov 3, 2026, Base44 Starter is $16/month billed yearly, Replit Core $20/month and Dyad Pro $20/month. Usage limits differ, so compare what each plan includes.

Can I move my Lovable project to another tool?

Usually, yes. Lovable syncs your code to GitHub, and you own it. Tools that import repos, including Quantlys, can pick it up from there; Replit and Bolt.new both document imports from Lovable.

Is Bolt.new better than Lovable?

Neither is better for everyone. Both build full-stack web apps in the browser. Bolt bills by tokens and supports mobile apps through Expo; Lovable bills by credits and focuses on web apps. Try both on the same small project.

Which Lovable alternative is open source?

Dyad is open source and runs locally on your machine with your own API keys or local models.

Need a native app, not just a web app?

From idea to live in minutes, no one fixing code. Quantlys plans your app with a council of models, builds native Swift for iOS and signed Android builds, and ships them under your own accounts.
